New Inquiry Topic: Improving Students Attendance
As I contemplated about the inquiry research I came to the conclusion that if the forefront of the problem is address, which is students’ attendance, the approach could drastically impact and decrease student dropout rates. I think the proposed program that I am contemplating implementing will successfully increase students’ attendance and also offer incentives for the whole student body so that they will stay continue to progress as it relates to their attendance at school. I have a lot of interventions that I want to implement within the program while conducting the action research. I am really looking forward to completing this endeavor and hopeful with a thoroughly assessment illustrate how vital the program will be, so that others schools may mimic or tweak.

Educational leaders might use blogs…..
Educational leaders might use blogs…..
As previously sated previously technology practical changes on a daily basis and as an educational leader it would behoove the leader to constantly remain vigilant of changes that would assist them in becoming an innovative and savvy leader. As it relates to blog I feel this serves an s resource tool that would enable an administrative leader to enhance their leadership abilities based on experiences hat other leaders have experienced. The information posted on various blogs could be invaluable as it relates to the impact it would have on administrative leaders. The blogs could definitely prove conducive for administrative leaders because it allows others to openly express their concerns and solicit feedback from others who may be willing to offer solutions that would assist the individual in resolving their problem.

What I have learned concerning action research
As I began the course EDLD 5301 and this week’s assignment it was interesting to view the new approach of inquiry that administrative leaders are able to perform. Action research allows an administrative leader the ability to identify a problem and actively perform research. The involvement that will take place on behalf of the administrative leader would ultimately conclude with the leader obtaining more insight or in some cases resolving the problem. This approach allows leaders to not only to identify but seek alternatives that would prove conducive for their selective school.
Majorities of individual in the educational setting are aware of qualitative and quantitative research, but the action research allows administrative leaders to utilize the data in a way that would improve or resolve the current problem. While conducting the research the administrative leaders may elect to solicit feedback from the employees which would also exemplify their ability to include faculty input when resolving issues that will impact everyone.
I also learned action research can be perform on any topic that the administrative leader deems necessary which allows administrative leaders to be flexible in what approach he/ she will be taking. While the research is being conducted the administrative leaders also has the autonomy to decide what would prove conducive for school based on certain facts revealed during the research.
As technology enhancing on a daily basis there is also a need to change programs or approaches that may have proved successful in the past but now prove ineffective by the administrative leader. The action research allows administrative leaders to continue to assess and analyze approaches and programs effectiveness as it pertains to the educational setting. I am amazed with this particular approach because educational leaders have the opportunity to identify the problem and obtain a greater insight concerning the issue through actively researching the issues.
